The next meal I eat … The next meal I eat is going to be a salad that’s a lot like the one you just made. Thanks for inspiring me to use the left over cucumber and tomatoes I have sitting in my fridge and didn’t know what to do with.
I try to eat as … I try to eat as much organic food as possible but it’s hard when there are no organic whole foods stores nearby and so i have to make do with the local super market… but i really like this recipe and will try it soon thanks!
sounds like it … sounds like it would be salty-sweet, yum. Have you tried: apples, sprouted almonds and dulse pieces? eat it like trail mix, it’s divine together. chunk or dehydrated the apples (fuji and pink lady are my favorite), soak/sprout some nice raw almonds and toss together with dulse pieces. it’s a great energy booster/pick me up snack. ps. B6 is great for boosting energy and helping balance brain chemicals for mood ehancement. Anyhow, I hope people are getting more raw ideas from our comment thread!
LUCKY, PURSLANE is … LUCKY, PURSLANE is my new favorite green. I discovered it last week at the farmer’s market. It’s so delicious! I eat it with avocado, raw hemp seeds, dulse flakes, pink sea salt, blk pepper and raw olive oil. How do you like it?
i think if i chew … i think if i chew it up enough i’ll get it… i’m guessing a lot of the goodness is just inside the shell but i don’t really know.. not eating much flax lately, i’ve got purslane growing in the fields nearby its highest plant source omega 3
That is GORGEOUS!!! … That is GORGEOUS!!! Dulse is my favorite, ever! 2tbsp is right about the flax but it should always be ground. The body can’t digest flax in it’s whole state, even when soaking and sprout it’s still hard to digest. You could easily make a dressing with it in powder form and your apple cider vinegar & olive oil. Anyhow, looks great. I love to see other people eating healthy and passionate about the food they eat, especially organic and raw.
